
Cupcetopin Refund & Returns Policy

At Cupcetopin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please review our Refund & Returns Policy below.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery for most items. To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- In new, unused condition
- In original packaging with all accessories and tags intact
- Not damaged, soiled, or altered in any way
2. How to Return a Product
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping cost, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect.
- Packaging: Securely package the item in its original packaging to avoid damage during return shipping. Items returned without proper packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- If the product is returned within the 30-day window and meets our return criteria, we will provide a full refund, including the purchase price and applicable sales tax.
- We do not refund original shipping fees.
4. Non-returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items marked as “final sale”
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Products that have been opened or used (unless defective)
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund. You may be asked to provide photos of the damage to assist in the claims process.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
